Well known dancehall artist Pinchers was shot and injured during an attack last night in Queensborough, Kingston Jamaica.
According to the police, two other men were killed during the incident while another man was also injured.
Reports are that 49-year-old Pinchers born Delroy Thompson, was shot in the right arm and his injury is not considered life threatening.
One of the deceased has been identified as 37-year-old Ralston Daley. The other man has not yet been identified.
The Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) reports that the shooting took place at 11:20pm when armed men opened fire on a group that included Pinchers. Daley and the other man died instantly. No one is yet held for the attack.
The singer is known for hits such as Agony. Lift it up Again, Got to be Me, Return of The Don and Bandelero are among his other hits.
